JA Dental Care is an Out of Network Provider. However, we will work with you to send your dental claims to your insurance for re-imbursement.  

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards, including Care Credit Card. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office to discuss financial arrangements.
